EULA

End User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Turan Can Gürel ("DEVELOPER") governing your acquisition and use of Word Sweeper ("SOFTWARE") and any associated updates, supplements, online or support services. By downloading, installing or running the SOFTWARE, you accept these terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must stop using the SOFTWARE and remove all copies of it from your devices.

Ownership

The DEVELOPER retains ownership of, and reserves all rights in the SOFTWARE and all copies of it. No proprietary rights are transfered under this EULA. Regardless of any payments that may have been made, the SOFTWARE is only licensed, not sold, to you.

Scope of License

The DEVELOPER grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE. You may download and install the SOFTWARE to your devices and use it non-commercially according to the terms of this EULA. You may not edit, alter, modify, adapt, extend or otherwise change the SOFTWARE in whole or in part. You are not allowed to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, repackage any part of the SOFTWARE or make derivative works from it. In addition, you may not rent, lease, re-sell, re-publish, re-distribute, sub-license or use the SOFTWARE commercially, it is licensed to your personal use only. You also agree that your use of the SOFTWARE will remain fair, lawful, moral, harmless and non-fraudulent in both intent and execution.

Third Party Components

The SOFTWARE may incorporate components obtained from third parties. By using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by any terms of use these components may have.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The SOFTWARE is provided to you "AS IS" and without any express or implied warranties including any warranty of merchantibility, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The DEVELOPER cannot be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequental damages arising from your use of the SOFTWARE.

Indemnity

You agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to defend, protect, indemnify and hold the DEVELOPER harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, expenses (including legal fees), losses or liabilities resulting from your failure to comply with any of the terms of this EULA or use of the SOFTWARE.

Updates and Termination

The DEVELOPER may update the terms of this EULA from time to time without notice. You are responsible for contacting the DEVELOPER to obtain the updated terms. This EULA will remain in effect until terminated by the DEVELOPER. It will also terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you agree to stop using the SOFTWARE and remove all copies of it from your devices.

Conflict Resolution

This EULA forms the entire agreement between you and the DEVELOPER and superseeds all previous agreements relating to your rights to use the SOFTWARE. Any conflicts regarding the terms of this EULA shall be resolved by the applicable laws and courts of the Republic of Turkey.
